Ore holds in Mining ship

In some people ship the ore hold are 27500 m3 and mine are 7000 m3 and i have mining V and mining barge V and Examiner V and my ore hold this what skills am i missing

None, you're looking at different ships.

27500m3 is the max volume of ore hold that a Retriever can get to (with Mining barge 5).
7000m3 is the max ore hold that a Covetor can get.

For completeness:
Procurer max ore hold: 12000m3
Mackinaw max ore hold: 35000m3
Skiff max ore hold: 15000m3
Hulk max ore hold size: 8500m3

For the barges and exhumers whose ore hold size increases per skill level, it's the Mining Barge skill in all cases.

If you're mining solo in high-sec, buy a Retriever. If you're mining solo in low-sec, buy a Procurer. It sounds like you're flying a Covetor which is only really useful when you have dedicated hauling.

Consider an Exhumer if you mine a lot and avoid ganks, but I don't bother with them because I'm almost certain that I'll get popped before I make up the cost of the ship.

Even in HS it's better to fly a proc it keeps you less AFK and anything below a .7 its easy to kill a ret with one guy
