Wanted - Programmer to build custom hauling/contract tool

So Ive recently gotten into hauling stuff as a profession, and looking to optimize routes through various contracts. Basically I need a tool that I can plug in the pickup and drop off locations of say 10 contracts and it'll spit out the best roundtrip pickup/drop off routes to complete those 10 contracts in as shortest distance as possible. Something that also take into account m3 limitations for multiple pickups at once. EVE mail me if you think you can put something like this together. Thanks!
