awesome toon, but it would be a lot to pay for a frig specialist in terms of gunnery Pirate
sell as a subcap jack of all trades with a price tag starting at the range of 35 billion and see what kind of offers you get. dont take anything less than 32 billion. if you cant to add value i would train some cap skills up for either all races, eg get all race dreads, or focus on one race. hope this helps

Thank you for your valuable advice....I have one or two subcap (pvp) ships left to get to level 5. Will consider cap ship skills later.
