Ship Assembly in a Wormhole

How does one assemble packaged ships in a wormhole?

I seem to recall one was able to assemble the ships by moving between a CHA and SMA but its been a while. Can they be assembled in such a manner (what is the mechanic if so)? Can they be assembled in the hold of a carrier or freighter?

You can assemble them in a CHA, drag them to the SMA and then launch them.
I never tried assembling a ship inside a freighter. A carrier doesn't have enough room in the cargo bay to hold the assembled ship, so you can't do it in there.

EDIT: You can't assemble T3s in a POS. You need a station for that.

You can assemble T3s but they bug out horribly, I don't recommend it.

tried to assemble in advanced medium ship assembly array assemble proteus and it says that facility dont support or somthing.

You can't assemble them in a freighter.

Try the specific T3 assembly array.
