Fearless(DOT) Eve’s former small gang engagement alliance is back!

Who are Fearless?

Fearless is the brainchild of renowned space commander, FC and RL war hero Larkonis Trassler. Coming to prominence in late 2011 Fearless. dominated the lowsec small gang scene during 2012, putting in a good show in AT 10 before the decision was made for its membership to participate in a knowledge sharing scheme with other high power entities before reforming when the time was right. That time is now right and we are re-opening recruitment to the general public.

What is the intent of Fearless?

Simply put: to have fun… The fun will be broken down into three stages:
Stage 1
With the upcoming changes to jump mechanics in Phoebe things have never looked better for the little guy. Once the changes are implemented our intent is to secure ownership of an isolated lowsec pocket with an active population by force. We envision this phase of the operation to provide approximately 3-6 weeks of content across EU and US timezones. This will provide us with a solid base for some (low level) moon and POCO income as well as a base for industrialists who wish to remain close to empire. We envision this stage to be a particularly brutal campaign comprised of multiple ~goodfites~ per day with an element of structure bashing. Those who are most active during this stage will be well rewarded.
Stage 2
Exploit changes in wormhole spawning introduced in Crius and get out and about. Roam to a different region every night. With immediate access to 5-6 systems offering up to 3 k-space exits each, wormholes are the ultimate force projection tool and we will use this to our advantage.
Stage 3
Through a combination of moon and POCO income, profits/taxes from industrial activities we expect to be able to fund teams through future New Eden Opens and Alliance Tournaments. These events should form the pinnacle of an Eve pilots’ career and through careful tuning of subcap doctrines forged in the use of wormholes for mobility (and actually playing the game regularly) we’re hoping to aim for the top.

For individuals who wish to join Doctrine.

-Be 18+ (or at least make us think you are) and have a mic.
TS content is going to be pretty robust at times. Also, if you can’t communicate with us then you can’t fly with us.

-No hard SP limit.
We recognise that every individual, as long as they have aptitude and the ability to learn, will have something to offer. Every ship has some use, even if it’s life expectancy is ten seconds. Those without a significant posting/killboard history will probably be subject to a higher scrutiny and more in depth vetting.

-Willingness to contribute and engage in discussion/corp activities.
People who are along for the ride and a SRP (once our backend is set up) are not welcome. We don’t want warm bodies. We want people who are knowledgeable about the game, willing to question and challenge fits and doctrines and think for themselves. If you don’t agree with the comps in a particular doctrine then challenge it.

-A reasonable degree of self-sufficiency.
Whatever level of SRP is in place after stage one members will be expected to field what they can fly within doctrinal bounds when they are asked for it. If you can fly a guardian/vindi/archon you'd better have one in your hangar. We don't like seeing the same people flying the same ships all the time.
