Inventory & Accounting Software Suggestions

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of web or cloud based accounting and inventory software, that perhaps they use for their enterprise. Here is what I am trying to procure.

* Cloud or Web-based preferred, but not limited to it
* Inventory Control
* Accounting (payables / receivables)
* free to inexpensive (I'd be willing to spend a little)

I've done some research, but I really haven't found anything that has all I want.

I know someone out there uses something that works for them and I am looking for suggestions
