We have some renters that can hang in null, and others that can't. The rental platform was just a venue for corporations to get into null without having to grind their way through one of the large coalitions. Those corporations that are null ready are still renting (or even part of a coalition now), and those corporations or groups that get pushed out by harassing gangs or a single afk camper shouldn't be in null in the first place.

Yes. we have quite a few. They fly tanked procurors, since the battleship rats in the belts and anoms are a problem. They also tend to mine in a corp system where they can all re-ship to deal with intruders.
