wormholes on singularity

so the new data/relics for c1 , c2 , c3 has hit sisi , problem is to find any wormhole. maybe some CCP/DE could do something that wormholes could spawn often than now. its really hard to find even one wormhole.

you can test them in null sec as they are the same in null as wh space

this has come up b4 and ccp doesn't want to do it since the want sisi and tq code as close as possible
