as subject said, wtb scimi or basi pilot meta 4 reps and energy systems 4 at least logi four and ok support skills

2bill to spend can go higher if i like the char, also same for BS's ok cap, fitting etc, dont want much wasted sp and if its possible TII guns for the loki and meta 4's for the BS's (can rise he price a little if need be)
