440,876 shares have been sold at 1 mil ISK/share. That ISK goes somewhere. The moneymaking scam is in the shares sold to people who enjoy watching the roleplaying/trolling by CODE, not by the ganks themselves. If you are in CODE and aren't getting money from share purchases, you are being scammed.

No one buying shares is expecting anything back, except for tears and hilariously ignorant comments such as the ones you keep sperging everywhere.

Exactly...that was my point...

The guys selling the shares have made over 440 bil. That's the scam. Did that part go over your head?

If you want to gank for profit, belligerent undesirables still does it that way.

'I'm afk mining in deep deklein while ganking' . And this is why the New Order has zero credibility with highsec players.

To be fair he isn't in CODE he's a Goon.

To be fair, CODE was Praising their Goon Overlords last night and how it couldnt be possible with out the mittani......so i starting shooting every read i could on site.

No. Their war is with high sec miners because high sec miners and bears alike ruin Eve.

Seeing as a fellow alliance member of yours has stated in this thread that he can happily mine in null afk whilst ganking in high sec it looks like null is the real bears playground these days.

Anyway back to the original question, apart from Belligerent Undesirables does any other ganking group share the loot?

I heard that a week or two ago one freighter dropped 20 bill in High sec and the loot was split 50/50 between Loyalanon and one other guy who rounded up alot of F1 monkeys willing to make the co-ordinators plenty of isk with their game time. I wish I had the charisma to put together my own army of 'bots' to make myself isk like that!

Cheers for that OP. You using the word charisma to describe Loyalanon made me laugh out loud.
As for the he's a goon/no he's with code argument, some of you people need to realize that its possible for a person to wear more then one hat.

Some CODE members are Goon alts but CODE as a whole do not take orders from Goonswarm. The Freighter carrying the Goon Alliance Tournament teams equipment will testify to that.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

AFK mining while ganking for CODE. That is golden. Confirming the fight against bot-aspirants is only taken seriously by the most idiotic of gamers.

1. Someone mining in null and ganking in high cannot logically be AFK unless someone found a way to gank without being at the keyboard, which would be weird. Why that argument had traction for most of the previous page is amusing.

2. Ministry of Love =/= CODE. CODE ganks with Goons sometimes, but if you look at recent killmails from Uedama you'll see loads of different corps in a CODE ganking fleet.

3. It costs me a T1-fit catalyst to kill a freighter. So really it costs me almost nothing, which is a good trade whether the freighter is loaded or empty.

4. Something is funding CODE's SRP. What happens with the rest of the loot I could care less about. I have a feeling most CODE pilots and their allies feel the same. Besides, the gank alts at -10 sec status who do this all day deserve a cut of the loot.

5. Tears are hard to collect from people who are AFK.

You think CODE and Goon aren't run by the same people? So cute.

Confirming that Loyalanon and Khoda Khan are actually the Mittani. Roll

My first six permit sales were to a goon alt whose orca we ganked, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be accepted to the CFC if I applied. Contrary to popular belief, new order players come from all over eve.

All share purchases go to running SRP programs for normal miner ganking. Freighter revenue is rolled into new ships for freighter ganking, and currently profits are being funneled into share purchases.

Is he violating a part of the Code that the rest of us don't know about? Would you be kind enough to quote the portion that prohibts AFK mining in nullsec?

Hey I found that part of the code for you root.

" No AFK mining allowed. All miners are expected to remain at their keyboards at all times, and are required to prove their presence by responding in local when requested by the Supreme Protector or one of his Agents."

Afk mining is afk mining correct? Yeah, and that was right at the top too. Hard to miss even for an esteemed code agent.
This was in there as well.

" Bot-aspirant behavior is not permitted"

and this

" Miners should strive not only to avoid botting, but to avoid even the appearance of botting."

Is afk mining bot aspirant or not?
Dont get down on yourself Root, you're not the first codie to interpret the code in an inconsistent manner.
Good thing its a living breathing document huh, you'll be able to change it around to make some sense out of this nullsec sitiuation. The new order has credibility issues... how dare they.

The code only pertains to high-sec. It mentions that on multiple occasions, read it again and maybe you will understand.

Really Loyd? multiple occasions huh, I saw some jazz about hi-sec miners and the phrase new order territories was in there a few times. I guess I owe you my most humble apologies for making an ass out myself on the eve online forums.

Maybe we could clear up the confusion a bit if we got a real bonafide new order or code agent to answer a few questions.
How about we make them yes or no questions, you know, just to make it easier on the agents.

1. Is afk mining bot aspirant behavior?

2. Is afk mining in nullsec bot aspirant behavior?

3. Are botters only bad in hisec, and ok in low and null?

Sorry again for making an ass out of myself. Thank goodness loyd was there to come to the defense of the code, maybe they should put him in charge. He might even log in for more then ten minutes a day.

I was not defending the code, I couldn't care less about it besides the fact it generates hilarious content and they provide the potential to use them to make isk, I was simply pointing out the fact it clearly is written that it pertains to high sec. To be exact it mentions highsec 22 times and does not address null sec at all.
