It no longer is needed to compress ore as POS facilities do it far cheaper. It's getting a nerf to hauling distance that Jump Freighters can exceed easily so that role is gone. It's far cheaper to fly an Orca to receive similar mining buffs so that role is deprecated. So CCP, when you gonna give the Rorquals a little luv'n?

I've wondered if you can take roquals into highsec if they change gates.

Make it a mobile customs office:

Use PI space port to create orbital transfer point bookmark.
Warp Rorqual there.
Deploy (in 5min cycles).
Link up from space port to deployed Rorqual.
Transfer materials tax free.

At least one type of industrial core could allow that. Add more types of cores for other stuff. Like deploying as a moon mining array, a POS shield or capital mining station.
