I used this for a while now, and what always bothered me is, why are people throwing away their ISK with this thing? Just in ISK cost it is one mil more expensive in the LP store than it is on the market.

Why do people not only throw away their LP but also their ISK? Makes no sense to me.

Am I missing some loophole like faction LP or so?

It drops like candy from AE 4. Same is true of lots of 3% implants.
