Anoms/Sigs on Sisi?

Trying to run Rock Havens (small havens, cage havens) in Deklein with a Vindicator BS. Rats are not spawning. Bug report filed with detailed reproduction steps.

I can confirm: anoms are missing on Sisi.

I went through 10 systems in GW (around E02 and south, CRXA) and only found one anom. I might have to check out some sites for rat details for details but in this anom almost nothing was there. 4 initial towers, then 2 BS and maybe some frigs - not a lot for a null sec anom.

Any other system was empty. Shocked
