I can think of something like: Not allowed to dock or even warp to a station (to prevent bumbing at dockoff). When a combat-capital flies to a station within 300km, it becomes suspect instantly. Maybe install anti capital Turrets to the station when the capital goes criminal.

With this, a combat-capital is never 100% safe in HiSec because it can´t dock und must use a POS if you want to change ships. Flying through HiSec wouldn´t be a problem (as long as you don´t get ganked), as long as you stay away from Stations

CCP would not allow Capitals to use their weapons or launch drones in High sec (lets call it empire ban on capital weaponry). Travel? Maybe. That would make High sec travel in capital fairly risky, as you would be completely defenceless if you dont bring subcaps to defend them there.

why would you bring anything to defend them in high sec, the magical space police are infinitely better at that than an "escort".

And how long till we get specialised gank groups that can down a capital before Conkordokken?

you mean people in tornados?

you mean using the same tactic that already makes escorts useless?

about 30 seconds after the patch allowing caps in high sec.

an escort isn't going to help you, regardless of how much ehp you have, when you simply get taken off the field in 1 volley.

Methinks you (they) use escorts in the wrong way ... lol

keep your capitals out of hisec.

1 main reason why i dont stay in null is TiDi.

you bring the big coffins into hisec and bring TiDi with it .........need i say more?

maybe one day when TiDi is a forgotten nightmare, i will welcome the big coffins into hisec,

til then i say dont do it it wont be good for the game, the players or the future for newbs.

TiDi is like curing a broken leg by cutting it off really really slowly.

It will happen they just need to release everything into high sec including cynos + jumps, titans and black op cynos. If they allow caps and no fighters then what a waste.

Do you think it will happen again? (capitals allowed in Hi-sec)

I think capitals will come to high sec. It was hinted at in the jump nerf Dev Blog, also CCP is looking for more high-end PvE options for carebears, so they don't quit after mastering Level 4 missions.

I could see keeping it limited to carriers and dreads. I don't think CCP wants everyone parking their titans in high-sec POS for extra safety (even with dreads in high-sec, you still get 24-hour notice before a war starts).

TiDi isn't caused by capitals, it is caused by a large number of players on the same node. Typically a battle large enough to cause TiDi will use capitals, but the existence of capitals is not causing the effect, nor do they cause the large battle.

why argue with a statement like that. i was far too vague, plus 1 to you for pointing it out.

i did know that caps on their own dont cause TiDi, i was referring more in terms of the larger numbers of pilots in the system.
