I have the perfect caveat here. Devs...take notes

Open the door to another room (small and empty for best twisted effect).....with yet another door.

Now whether you make this door locked or have it do this open up but lead to a cycle of the same room basically always entered would be based on how twisted you are or server load.

Besides that...wait for dust pc conversion. They are probably double dipping the r&d from that.

Sounds like The Stanley Parable to me. But seriously folks, that game will drive you nuts.

Personally,

I'd like them to scrap the idea of walking in stations and go for walking in ships. [for the time being]

I'd like to climb out of my pod and enter the Captain's Quaters of the ship I'm in not some faceless hotel room. I would then like to wander around my ship and visit defferent sections of the ship. See the crew and then.......[gameplay] interact with some of my ships systems to get a temporary boost to certain specific aspects of the ship.

For example, I would visit the engineering section of the ship and speak to the chief engineer. He would inform me that he has been trying to squeeze a little extra out of the powergrid or capacitor rechargers or something or other. He would then ask if I would like to help him. I agree and I'm greeted with a "hacking" style mini game (or a completely new mini game) where if successful I would gain an extra bit of performance out of my ship. Say 1-5% PG output gain which would be temporary like the way boosters (drugs) work. I would then wander around my ship visiting different sections and trying to boost up my ships performance where I want/need that tiny bit extra. The downside of doing this is that if unsuccessful you could incur a penalty or "debuff" to said ships attribute. You would also not be able to retry doing this until the effect has worn off, be it negative or positive.

Obviously, big ships would take a long time to walk around so they would have some kind of rapid transit system in place like elevators and stuff (turbolifts).

Also, I think ship interiors would be one of the coolest places to wander around because, just look at them: http://cdn2.sbnation.com/entry_photo_images/10028833/EVESOU_INT_DESIGN_FNL-92.jpg

This kind of project would allow CCP to really test their engine before we start interacting with each other in stations.

Just stuff me in a DUSTie suit, and let me pilot from the bridge.

Please add another door on the opposite side of the first one, And let the first door give access in the CQ from the other door, you will get a dimensional wormhole in your own hangar! And allathe people who ask to open that door will ne happy.

I would not mind that, but the question is "WHEN?". Maybe it could be replaced with a dotted line box on the cutting of the door stating that "There will be a door here, however you will not have it for now. We will let you know details when we are in the mood of doing so.". I think this is kind of appropriate and in the style of EVE Pirate.
