The above pricing is absolutely ridiculous.
A character that's around 180m skillpoints goes for around 100b.

Personally I think it can be a little higher, start your bids around 45 bil and aim for 55~ish.

Right now the average market price is 410 ISK per SP. That would put you around 54,968,979,620 ISK based on skillpoints alone.
Depending on people's needs, that can fluctuate up or down.
