Core addon Packs Feedback

I just wanted to leave a bit of feedback here. I have noticed that the industrialist pack has a Sigil as a ship it is offering as part of this package, and also notice that the breacher is being used for the skirmish pack as well.

As a fairly new player to EVE, despite this accounts age, I would like to suggest upping the ante on the starter ships you are offering potentially new players. That is to say that these ships and the packages while convenient don't offer up anything truly remarkable for a new player to enjoy. I am assuming that is what these addon packs were meant for as well.

It might be a stretch to ask for a Gnosis to be added to the skirmish pack for example as that might just be bought up like crazy, but its not a bad idea for a new pilot to get some really nice ship like that. Perhaps a dev created special ship that only comes with the Skirmish pack, with a nice new account only skill booster and some free Social, Connections, and/or other skill books that might help for a mission runner.

Heck, I'd even suggest splitting up the Skirmish pack into two seperate packs, one for pve content and the other pvp. Perhaps you could also include some destroyers, cruisers, and a battlecruiser for the pve pack with fast training to get them into level 3's faster?

The pvp could include a choice of any t1 ships with plenty of fittings for faction warfare since they are probably going to lose quite a few ships while learning.

The industrial pack could include the best industrial ships in the game, a rapid skill booster to train up advanced industrial skills, all the skills needed for modules and ships for every race and ship type for advanced industrials, and plenty of t1 and maybe even some t2 ship modules to get a player on the right track.

I know this isn't exactly well thought out the way I am writing all this out and it could have been better organized, but I have a feeling that CCP has no idea that if they beefed up their addon packs with some juicy stuff and lots of modules, better skill training speeds for a limited time (REALLY fast for a week or so and NOT sellable at all to prevent non new players from buying just to resale), and awesome ship selectiosn it could be a much more interesting buy opportunity for new players.

They would have to become as common as each of the named frigates that new players are given, otherwise it would be the same as handing a new player 60 million (Gnosis sells for 67 mil) and telling them: Heres 60 mil, have fun.

Also I believe it would have a negative impact on the market.

It might have a negative impact, however I have been able to sell prototype cerebral accelerators with the old starter packs and that was in essence handing me over 300 million. That was btw really nice I have to add, as those starter packs were costing more then a typical PLEX anyway.
