Something is wrong with carrier dps.

Both before and after the recent patch, my listed paper dps was 1859. If I cycled my DCUs pre-patch, my paper DPS went up to 2990 with 11 fighters + 2 geckos. This dps matches my EFT fitting. Post-patch, if I cycle my DCUs, my paper dps does not change. I have restarted my client, restarted my launcher, launched / relaunched fighters, unfit modules, docked / undocked and changed systems.

I believe this is not just affecting paper dps...

My last two ratting sessions pre-patch, I averaged 41.7m isk/tick and 43.4m isk/tick over 8 ticks each session (no officer spawns). Today after an 8 tick ratting session, I found that I never once reached the 35m tick mark. This despite being alone in system, with close Fhub spawns and also adding an additional 15% tracking and 900 optimal to my fighters from equipping an additional tracking link upon reaching Siege Warfare V.
