Hi all,
I've been running l4 missions with this fit:-

[Raven Navy Issue, RNI]
Upgraded Co-Processor
'Pandemonium' Ballistic Enhancement
'Pandemonium' Ballistic Enhancement
'Pandemonium' Ballistic Enhancement
'Pandemonium' Ballistic Enhancement

Pith B-Type Shield Boost Amplifier
Pith B-Type Large Shield Booster
Experimental 100MN Afterburner I
F-90 Positional Sensor Subroutines
Large Micro Jump Drive
Explosive Deflection Field II
Kinetic Deflection Field II

'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I
'Arbalest' Cruise Launcher I

Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I
Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I
Large Liquid Cooled Electronics I

Hobgoblin I x20

using rat specific resists and missiles, I warp in, bang on the MJD and snipethe rats.

However, I'm finding that missions are taking quite a long time, even without salvaging/loot in my Noctis.

Are there any improvements that you would recommend to my fit that would make L4's faster to complete?

thanks in advance

Train weapon upgrades to IV at least and get ballistic control system II, better train it to V ASAP will help you with your CPU troubles and enables you to get rid of that Liquid Cooled rig and fit something useful there.

Train for tech II light drones and improve your general skills, mission might take awhile because your damage projection
skills might not be good enough.

You probably don“t have CPU management V either since you should be able to fit everything you listed without the need of a co proc if you had trained it.

Work on your skills so you can:
Fit Ballistic control systems II, cheaper ,even less fitting req.
Get rid of the co proc to fit a damage control or power diagnostic
Get rid of the liquid cooled rig for another rigor or flare if you fancy that
Get tech II light drones.

Skills you definitely need to improve:
Weapon upgrades IV minimum better get it to V and get advanced weapon upgrades as well will help you greatly with fitting on ALL ships!

Cpu management, get it to V

Power grid management, get it to V

Drones V
Scout drone operation V
Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar drone spec I minimum

Target navigation prediction as high as possible
Guided missile precision as high as possible
Warhead upgrades as high as possible
Rapid launch as well

Cap skills
Shield skills

Seems to me that you hopped into a BS for level 4s a wee bit too early which is the reason why they seem to take so long.

IMO ditch the MJD and just brawl all missions. using missiles at very long ranges just sucks. Target painters don't work as well, and if you don't count volleys you are prone to wasting time and ammo, or if you mess up your count you are likely to need an extra volley or two to deal with what the NPC has repped up in the mean time.. The CNR is a capable enough ship even with fairly low skills it can manage lv4s.

if you really want to keep it that way I'd probably drop the boost amp for a target painter, and maybe even one of the resists. Depending on CPU maybe drop the sensor booster and co-proc then add a signal amp in the lows

also I don't know what the Large Liquid Cooled Electronics I is doing for you. probably best to get a different rig.

Depending on how much money you have available consider using Caldari Navy damage mods, they'll also save you a whopping 18 CPU each since you seem to be having fitting issues in that department.

I'd go with two but again if money isn't a concern you can go for more but for reference the difference between 4x Caldari Navy BCU and 2x CN BCU and 2x BCU II is only 15 dps because of stacking penalties.

Consider using faction ammo as well and upgrade to T2 launchers with fury missiles when you can, just make sure you don't shoot fury missiles at frigates, use your drones. Some time down the road when you're ready upgrade to a Golem as it can tank an entire room on a lazy tank of two invulns and a shield booster with precisely zero shiny investment to make it a gank target all while having higher damage output, similar or better application with TP bonus and e-war immunity which saves you from many a frustrating mission against guristas or serpentis.

Reality has an almost infinite capacity to resist oversimplification.

As you have fairly low skills (based on your fit) I would keep the MJD unlike what the poster above suggested. You can see the MJD as a panic button that will save your ship if you run into trouble. Besides that, the MJD in some missions also speeds things up.

I also would go with shield rigs so that you have an omni resistance without having to use midslots for resistance, those extra free midslots can then be used for either extra tank (boost amps or extra invul shield) or extra dps (painters) or cap boost or whatever the mission needs.

Remove the liquid cooler rig for another flare.
Train your core skills to fit all the modules.
Train for t2 launcher. Because thats so worth it
Train to advanced weapon upgrades 3 or4
Train support missile skils
Train t2 drones
It should take a month or 2
Theres nothing really to speed things up with your crrent fit
Google raven optimal mission runner only when you have sufficient skill training should you go
Faction tanking howver you will have a much higher chance of being ganked with a 2 billcnr
