CCP: New dreads =! balance

dreads smell bad and remind me of the predator in that arnold movie, and yet some people go for them - the world is so wonderful in it's multicolored variety.
(If I had my way I'd take the clippers to anyone with dreads but...)

That being said moros worries me

I said the same thing a while back and I hope something is gonna be done about it. Capital Hybrids deal more dps, track better and don't suffer any range problems at all when compared to other turrets. Lets use 3 dmg mods just to be realistic and you still have a ridiculous 14+k dps while the other dreads put out less than 10k dps and some even have terribad tanking abilities.

Much as I hate to admit it, they are a bit broken. Was messing around on sisi, warp to an ffa beacon, engage a nm, drake, their buddy in a triage chimera, a rev and a talos.

Warped off in half armor, having killed everything except the talos (he burned out of my scram range Sad )

Guys, if you argue about range and blasters, use your brain a bit and play with the munition typs you have.

Blasters are far more flexible. You can switch to med or short range munition and fit your dread with 1-2 range upgrades and ... tada ... you have a 56 + 24 km optimal and still 9.5k dps and far better tracking.

So go for your rails if you can't get out of your box.

Btw this wasn't a thread about fitting. It was just a comparisson of the raw damage you have with the new dreads now. And if you think about the new POCOs, range doesn't matter. The new bonus for the moros is in my opinion a balance problem! But many of you guys telling the oposite now and trolling about people using eft will switch your mind in the future, as allways What?

Any comment from CCP?
