Any of the CSM members approved this ?

My suggestion for jump fatigue are this

ok lets say a carrier fleet needs to get from point A to point B who is at 50 LY away, u leave and do all your changes to jump range so its going to be max 5 LY jump range for caps but when a capital jumps 5 LY it gets jump fatigue and the penalties are:
1 - u can't dock
2 - u can't jump again for 5 mins ( x amount of LY from A to B)
3 - u can't cloak
same penalties like a titan for 5 mins + docking part

this will allow capitals to move and will also make the move more dangerous
this will make a fleet of capitals move 50 LY in 50 mins whit maximum efficiency

also u can adjust the time delay for fatigue if the 1min/Ly delay is suited right now

Wasnt that the purpose of the change?

ha yea ... even more added to the swarm
MORE jump points scattered all over. MORE systems will be brought into the collective, and so even lesser for any other players

so infact, these restrictions even before test server play ... they have already bested it already with a theoretical work around after page 130 Lol. the swarm will takeover more of EVE-verse, and make CCP the problem of the game. and CCP keep on trying to change gameplay to satisfy ... but satisfy who? Lol

You know what will be exceptionally fun?

When renters figure out that their landlords have hard time keeping their own massive amounts of space together and decide to "change" the agreements a bit Twisted. Smart and brave renters, say hello to high end moons in your possession. Lol

Disclaimer: At least those renters who know how to play this game well (the rest will evac to highsec).
Don't be fooled. The moment renters "revolt" the landlords will blob them all to hell and back with whatever they need to kick them out. Eviction by the landlords just won't be as quick as it could be. It'll take a day for them to deploy. Then a couple days of hellcamping.

Yeah, isn't this great? The landlords committed to the task, without the possibility of jumping across EvE to do other things?

The abolition of podjumping makes it massively difficult for our newbies to join us in Deklein. Has any thought been put into that?

Get them to install their clone in roqual and haul the pods out that way. Once the roqual is in where they need to be they can just jump-clone there.

Rather inconvinient ofc. Or their clones are cheap, hand them 10x T1 frigs with proto cloak and mwd and couple warp core stabs and wish them luck.

Here, sanity... niiiice sanity, come to daddy... okay, that's a good sanity... THWONK! GOT the bastard.

Instead of ruining the game for everyone, how about coming up with a real solution like:

Use a similar formula as you have used for Jump Fatigue but have it increase the amount of fuel required to jump.

After the first few jumps you will hit a hard cap due to the size limitation of your fuel bay and cargo hold.

Yes, big alliances will be able to stockpile fuel at convenient locations for mass deployment but they will still all hit the cargohold size limitaitons for jumping.

This will also mean that ice farmers aren't going to receive a massive reduction in income. In fact, it would mean the game continues to grow, insted of atrophy due to your current ideas.

Something similar may have already been posted but I don't have time to read 135 pages...

Dunno how this ruins the game for everyone, I see plenty of people very exited with these changes...
Maybe it ruins the game for some, amirite? Maybe it's about time they get their game ruined, amirite?

Not ruining game for everybody, just cap blobbers 5 regions away. You can still cap blob @ home.

By nerfing jump ranges on JF"s and Roquals you will make several "isolated" null even more isolated.

ALOT of upgrades to sov iindexs comes from NPC corps selling the upgrades in High sec. Don't lvl3 upgrades need 100km3? and lvl4 need 250km3. Maybe these won't exist after patch who knows

If you nerf JF''s jump ranges you will make living in isolated areas etremely unattractive as most Null sec allainces rely on JF services to bring in alot of goods on their markets like tech 2 ships that aren't manufactored in large scale in most of null... Also isotopes as most pilots fly the cap ship they like or has best performance not the one whcih is the topes are minable in their area

Maybe black ops I think the fatuige timer should be reduced as it kinda defeats the purpose of the BLOPs ships if you can't move systems and hide from people whom a chasing you, This is not massive power projection like cap ships and should not be nerfed.

As you can see i'm not against the rest of the changes but i'm against the nerfing of logistics that is used living in Null

EvE needs this, bring back the Nullsec battles of 2007 :D No more bat phones, no more super capital fleet escalations just a glorious amount of sub-caps and their wreckage/

A massive buff for black ops battleships too who will now have the largest jump and bridge range in game (you can still travel out to deep null using a cov ops through a black ops jump portal chain).

+1 for an excellent and much need change.

Just do that every day. To the multiple attack points. Your ally members will be happy. And enemy caps will be there - they do not need to jump across the universe.

We have for years. You honestly think we of all people cannot keep ourselves entertained while we travel given our record for spending 10+ hours torching towers in bombers and hellcamping stations for week at a time?

So there is no reason to cancel subsribes then? :)

Only if you own a super. Those things rarely get used as it is so they are even bigger space coffins than today. Frankly if they can use gates they should be getting the ability to dock somewhere so they can at least play the game.

Maybe add a once every 24hr buttonreset jump fatigue. Should have an additional cost.

This can make sure hit and run is still possible.

I love the idea CCP

We'll see how it would end up.

Null tears and logistics freakouts... there was life in 0.0 before jump bridges and jump freighters and titan bridges.
I remember the freighter convoy fleets...... and it was fun.
We'll adapt as we did so many times before. It would be harder, but it would be much much more fun than it is today.

to the smaller , "poor" alliance that rely on one cap to jump around , this will be a major issue
to the bigger , "controlling" alliance that just plant caps at certain places (farm / frontline / bear tears) , this change is a non issue

may the richer wins (tm)

Let me grab a bucket to catch these null tears in the name of our lord BOB!

Just one final change needed the removal of local and everything will be as BOB intended.

Question.

How do you supply a small alliance on the outer edge of null with these changes to JF?

Supply with what?

Everything from ammo and minerals to battleships. They aren't going to do very well if you starve them of supplies.

So the only option is to buy ammo, minerals and battleships from Jita and JF them to null?

Ok.

But you can still use them in the space where you actually live. Or where you are going to live. Just no more bat phones across the universe.
