It wasn't. Like most microwave meals it had plenty of rice and sauce, but very little meat.

Exactly what I was thinking.

After that, I might had thrown a tantrum, too...

Is a bag of wine or a 40oz of malt liquor more classy?

The bag of wine has an 80% lower carbon footprint vs bottled wine so i'm doing my part for our ailing planet.

The underlying message i'm trying to get out is at times Eve can make us all mad, but we should step back and digest the fact that it is just a game.

Having to get wood to fix the table and sellotape the truncheon that has sentimental value to me back together brought this reality home to me.

No seals were clubbed in the making of this thread.

We should all learn to control our emotions better, in game and out of it.

I just hope my experience might serve as a means to potentially bring some wayward Eve souls out of the darkness and back into the light.

My guess is that it's the same thing as a "truncheon".

Now, you might ask, "Ok, now what the **** is a truncheon?"

Good question. Apparently, it's British for "a stick that you hit things with."

Yes its a game.

It took me going berserk drunk after whelping a market order to realise that I'd lost my grip on reality.

cudgel - A short, thick stick used as a weapon.

We used to refer to them as cudge's though.

When my hair is short the scar from when I got cracked over the skull with one during a brawl aged 17, is still visible.

Good times.

One shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Same applies to wine.

That stuff isn't bad for hangovers, nor is it unpleasant to drink.

I cut the bag open when it was almost empty just to bleed out the last few drops into my goblet.

It's the strange thing about curry. The best homemade curry looks just as terrible as the worst microwave slop.

I made a lamb vindaloo with roasted chilies (Fire stations in the southwest will raise money by roasting your bags of peppers outside supermarkets), and it looked like lumps of mystery floating in the diarrhea of a dysentery patient who's been eating fruity pebbles.

It smelled and tasted amazing.

Willing to bet you have a diet high in fibre so that meal passed through the next day absent any issues.

The colonic cleanse i had in 2010, the women holding the tube said she saw a mushroom floating on out.

Truthfully, i'd not eaten one in weeks - so better out than in
