In-Game Events and Gatherings

You are back in Amyclas' basement, in the bowels of a Minmatar Service Outpost in Deep Deklein. The musty odour of pod goo hits your nostrils once again as you approach your certain doom.

This time the basement has been turned into a "dojo". An assortment of ancient weapons, swords, battleaxes and cruelly carved blades hang by the walls. The cold and recently cleaned floor is ready to drink your pod goo and other biological fluids. Here capsulers will fight man to man, without hiding behind the shells of machines. It will be intimate. It will be glorious.

Rules:

(It is essentially a version of rock paper scissors lizard spock.)

Capsuleers will pick up a sword (or other role-played melee weapon) and choose from one of the following fighting styles:

Aggressive - an offensive style with an advantage against Neutral and Tricky

Defensive - a careful style with an advantage against Aggressive and Overrun

Neutral - a balanced style with an advantage against Defensive and Tricky

Overrun - an extremely aggressive style with an advantage against Aggressive and Neutral.

Tricky - a skillful style with an advantage against Defensive and Overrun

Players mail me their fighting style, which will be kept secret until the result is revealed.

A d100 chibbra dice will be rolled for each player.

Any player that gets an Advantage from their fighting style will add +25 to their roll.

Highest number wins! You could win the style toss out but still lose in total score. In the rare case of a tie we'll just reroll.

We'll start the first game with a simple 16 player league format. Last man standing wins! 10 million isk to play. Winner takes 150 million home. I'll take a token 10 million so you know I'm committed to this.

(I was thinking of computing all rounds at once, but sweet psychological analysis of posts is more fun.)

Players have 24 hours to post and evemail me between rounds. Not posting will lose you the round.

Oh this is going to be sweet! my Aggressive Tricky Overrun style will ruin you all!

And by opened I mean clubbed into submission by my chosen weapon, a 1 meter long replica of a Ragnarok titan. I watch a lot of Space-UFC, and wear official TapOut gear to the space-grocery store, so you might not even want to bother signing up. I understand.

16 players might be a bit ambitious, we can also start at 4 or 8 players.

If so I'll just pay the winner the whole pot. Who cares about making money anyway.
