Boosting a two/three man fleet?

Been away a long time and just come back. Sorry if these are stupid questions, I have googled but can't find the answers and dont want to waste time training skills to find out they don't do what I want.

If I am flying in a two or three person low sec roam for example;
1) Is it possible to get the "Armored Warfare 5" 10% bonus to armor or do we need to fill out a squad?
2) Do we need one of us to train Fleet Commander, or can you form a small fleet with these boosts with someone with just Wing Command lvl 1 for example?
3) If I was to also train Skirmish Warfare and Information Warfare would all three of us get the benefits of these simultaneously? (Obviously with me as the designated booster).
4) This is all without flying a command ship or T3 etc. right?

1: It doesn't matter if a squad contains less then 10 members, the bonuses will still apply. You do need to make sure the Leadership skill is at a high enough level though. Each level allows your squad to have two more members that receive boosts. If the number of squad members exceeds what your leadership skill allows nobody in the squad will receive boosts.

2: No that's not needed. If you're doing a 5 man fleet then the booster can be placed in the squad commander position and that squad will receive boosts.

3: Correct.

4: The basic skill boosts will work regardless of the ship your booster is flying.

Fleet commander (FC) and Wing commander (WC) are optional. Squad Commander (SC) and one squad member per squad are required. If you have a FC, you must also have a WC.

The smallest valid fleet, where bonuses are shared, is two people. This requires a Squad Commander with Leadership 1.

* Fleet Commander (FC). [Optional, FC must have at least Fleet Command 1]
* Wing Commander 1 (WC). [Optional if no FC, WC must have at least Wing Command 1]
* Squad Commander 1 (SC). [Required, SC must have at least Leadership 1]
* Squad Member 1. [Required, SC must have at least Leadership 1]
* Squad Member 2. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 2]
* Squad Member 3. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 2]
* Squad Member 4. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 3]
* Squad Member 5. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 3]
* Squad Member 6. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 4]
* Squad Member 7. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 4]
* Squad Member 8. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 5]
* Squad Member 9. [Optional, SC must have at least Leadership 5]

Leadership positions (FC, WC, SC) must have the skills for the people they command, or bonuses will not be shared (passed down) through them.

By default the leadership positions are booster, but they can be re-assigned within limits.
