Probably. I bet a lot of them are reserved for promotional stuff too...


There is still a large amount of unreleased color variations of the older clothes that have been yet to be released as well.

It's a new account package deal. Pay for a month of gametime up front (at $9.99 USD) on a new account using the appropriate link, and you get both the male and female versions. Thankfully for me, I needed to create another alt anyway! Cool

Thus, it is not for an account which receives the buddy link but just a new account without buddy link... Right?

I think so but I'm not absolutely certain. Remember the pirate frigates that were the previous offer items for quite a while? Well if you know of someone that received those from joining via the buddy link that would suggest the ORE jackets would come with the buddy link now. Best I can say really.
