Only an hour over announced downtime, trust me, it gets worse.

You think EVE downtimes are bad?

SWTOR <1GB patch can take anywhere between 4-6 hours.

We've got it pretty good over here. What, there's a hashtag for whiners like you...

#FirstWorldProblems.

I almost always forget there's other games. But then I'd have to spend hours getting them all updated. And then I'd have to call them to get the accounts unlocked because I've uninstalled the password generators from my phone...

There were these things we had back in the 20th Century called books. They're actually still around these days, I'm reading a great one right now by a chap named Tim Lebbon. The best thing about it is, there's no DDOS, it cost nothing to borrow it from a library, and there's no downtime.

Library? Is that something akin to Amazon where I can get good used books for 1 cent?

Keep writing, you brainiacs, and you will eventually lose all reason to be mad about this anyway.

Hell, why you people even keep playing is beyond anyone's sane mind.

You just want to hurt CCP.

I love it when people decide they know what you want more than you do.

Gonna tell me what's best for me next? Go outside?

Keep your assumptions to yourself, until you can quote someone saying something, they didn't say it.

You're such a hilarious failure of a troll. xD

Why am I constantly losing 3 hours of my already too few hours available time to play? Due to this accelerated patching...
just dissapointing to lose a day of gameplay that I pay for because of failed patching...Not to mention we are hours past the the original expected downtime and I have received zero communications to when this will be available?
There was communication here on the forums and on https://twitter.com/EVE_status

CCP should rotate the timing of releasing patches

Oz/ Asia get hit everyday in their primetime for playing and patch day is worse

next time the patch could be released at 1900 gmt and the next at USA west coast 1900 etc

Kinda, but, they're hard to find... they're kept pretty quiet.

Tsk, tsk. Such a waste of energy... Keep your anger and frustration for the winter - at least then you can use it to keep yourself warm.

We strongly prefer to deploy during our business hours, normally starting at 11:00 GMT (regular downtime hour) but sometimes at 10:00 GMT.

On that note, the whiny little turds probably don't understand that you're doing paid work, which is what business hours are for, and flippantly dismiss how much a poorly estimated patch downtime can cut into your lunch schedule. I, for one, understand what a missed or even late lunch break can cost you in terms of inner peace, so I applaud your efforts at today's patching and will make haste to examine the work done.

LOL you guys are hilarious..... Im guessing you people probably dont work or have 2 children to take after and you depend on eve coming out of DT on time to get a maximum of two hours to play... Im guessing... if this was your only time to play.... you would be complaining as well esp. were it has happend 4 times this month alone due to either patch or DDOS attacks... your right although, If i were unemployed and had no responsiblities either I wouldnt care much. lol

its okay although I was just looking for some insight in when i can play the game im paying for, will become available again. Thats all

I'm -5 GMT here and I'm getting up and going to work when downtime starts. Yes the DDoS has effected me a little. I just jump on our TS and watch eve-offline and wait.
