I just saw that the faction smartbombs have different ranges and damage for each cycle depending on the dmg kind (EM/Ther/Kin/Explo).

For Meta 9 items:

EM: 7.5 km with 375 dmg and 130 GJ /cycle
Thermal: 6.75 km with 338 dmg and 140 GJ /cycle
Kinetic: 6.25 km with 313 dmg and 160 GJ/cycle
Exposive: 6.5 km with 325 dmg and 150 GJ/clycle

The point is that the best smartbomb with the highest range, highest damage and lowest energy need ist the same (EM). I don´t think thats an good idea.
I would propose that all Faction Smartbombs will be set on the same range/dmg for example the ones of the EM version or the diffrent type will get a higher dmg/range and a higher energy use as "downside" but for all dmg kinds the same.

Maybe it was this before and got changed because of some good reason. If thats the case pls let me know.
