I almost died in a Occator cause I thought I was scrammed because of the status window. Oops It wasn't until I was getting ready to get my pod out and started spamming the warp button did suddenly i warp off saving my ship. Turned out I had forgotten about the +2 warp core strength bonus the occator gets. Oops Thankfully I did survive, but it is easy to be confused sometimes by the ui and I have been playing since 2008. Lol

Just note that if you are ever in wormholes or null bubbles will not give you a status effect of being jammed, as they are not targeted disruption and are area of effect.

I once podded myself by blowing a huge fart.

And as a side question, if I get scrammed, drop a depot, equip stabilizers (living during the mn needed to deploy the depot, sure...), will it break the scram if I have enough points, or that will be too late for the game engine, somehow?

Yep. It's a fairly common tactic for carriers as they can refit off each other without having to drop a depot. Most carriers will carry around some stabs just for that purpose. Doesn't help against bubbles of course, which is why interdictors and heavy interdictors are important for cap fights (HICs can also use the script for a targeted infinite point).

Well you kinda have to since any scram will scramble your jump drive as well, though neuting the cap below 75% does the trick as well hence a lone capital is dead capital even to cruisers, only sure capital kill we have lost with cruiser fleet in WH was when we simply ran out of bullets. Lol

As for the WH the standard tactic of netting a fish is to first determine if it's a resident or a visitor and then place a bubble on exit hole and then you go and scare the fish or just gut it on the spot depending.
Failing the exit bubble, i.e.. if you don't have time to check the exit holes, you just warp in a dictor (usually a sabre for obvious reasons) followed by the rest of the fleet though cruisers and BC are slow enough that sabre has usually cleaned the field by the time they have aligned if there isn't anything worth a bubble such as a mining ship or exploration frigate.
