There are many examples of ship descriptions that have the same description but phrase it in different ways, for no real reason. The battlecruisers below are a great example, but the new assault frigs are also bad.

So the main offenders are the Hurricane, Harbinger, and the Drake.
Quote:

Hurricane:
Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 5% increase in projectile weapons damage and Rate of Fire per level


Should read:

Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 5% bonus in medium projectile turret damage per level, and 5% bonus in medium projectile turret Rate of Fire per level.
Quote:

Harbinger:
Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 10% reduction in laser capacitor need and 5% bonus to laser damage per level.


Should read:
Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 10% reduction in medium energy turret capacitor use, and 5% bonus to medium energy turret damage per level.

Quote:
Drake:
Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 5% shield resistance and 5% bonus kinetic damage of heavy missiles and heavy assault missiles per level


Should read:
Battlecruiser Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to all shield resistances per level, and 5% bonus to heavy missiles and heavy assault missile kinetic damage per level

The harbinger is probably the worst offender, but how hard is it to copy/paste some bonuses from the other ships?

Sigh, the new assault frig text is this same stupid way.

"-5% bonus to missile launcher rate of fire per skill level"

No, you can't have a negative bonus to a skill level. A negative bonus is a penalty.

The bonus texts are often misleading. I've met noobs with the wrong sized guns on their ship, thinking the bonus applies to all turret sizes lol.
