In-Game Events and Gatherings

Greetings!

It is about time for our next Eve Radio Mining Op! On October 4th we are at it again, the plan is to take on belts starting from Sehmosh and then work around the neighboring systems as we clear out the belts one by one starting after downtime and continuing until downtime the next day. We are going to mine in gangs again, and are looking to have a squad of miners per belt which should stop the amount of time wasted on lost cycles.

We want your mining ships! - If you don’t have one - contact DJ Accy or DJ Yumene who should be able to provide you with a setup for minimal cost. If you fly a freighter, noctis or orca we would be grateful to hear from you.

We are also looking for new players as well to join in on the fun, or even if you just want to join in and don't fly mining ships, we will also provide Ventures fitted for free to you. We will also have on hand Mining Frigate skill books which only take about 30 minutes to train up and fly the ventures.

Eve Radio will be involved with live updates and tunes to keep us mining. Your favorite weekend DJ’s will be giving shout outs, prizes and keeping you updated as to mining op progress.

This has been a really popular event for both eve radio listeners, miners and CODE alike, so keep your wits about you and prepare to run the Catalyst Gauntlet... and make sure that your clones are up to date and ships insured. If you prefer, we also would like to have combat ships on standby to help fight off any groups that try to come to kill off any miners.

While the event is progressing we will be giving out spot prizes and keeping you updated in the Eve Radio channel as well as on air. We will also be streaming the event on our Twitch TV channel at various times of the day so those that can't participate can see what's going on. Be sure to be on the looking for a variety of Eve Radio personalities who will be stopping by and grabbing a mining laser throughout the 23 hour period.
