Cant reinstall eve client

So having some issues with client freezing i decided to reinstall client, downloaded new install and it keeps giving me errors during install.

Repair tool then runs after and i get this rather worrying message

DBRunRecoveryError: (-30974, 'DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery -- PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery')

It then trys to download files to fix install and fails. If i run it again it simply downloads 3 odd gig worth of a patch then doesnt install Shocked

Any suggestion tryed both the normal and offline installer now and same thing happens i get errors during install and then repair tool wont fix problem.

Issue fixed now no idea why tryed later in day was able to repair client fine.
