This morning, my main user profile on my laptop went corrupt. None of the data was lost, it just seems to be suffering from a mucked up registry. So, instead of trying to fix it (because, hey, it's me, I'll just break something else), I made a new profile and copied the contents of my previous user's "User" folder to my new one.

Most everything works fine. Everything is where it was before, and most everything works. Unfortunately, EvE is now loading with default settings for graphics, overview, etc. Where are these actually stored, can I actually recover them, and if so, how?

Thanks.

The settings (and cache) are located in the (hidden) AppData folder for your user. On Windows 7 following path should work for your current user: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\

Curse Microsoft and their hidden folders!
