Would be a nice option for Transports as picking up a bunch of POS mods becomes a pain in the ass tossing them from cargo to hangar. Also have to fit for cargo to be able to scoop the bigger mods, and I like me tanky truck :(

I would change the process as follows: If pos mods are in cargo, the hauler should get a speed penalty to make it more difficult to get back in the pos shields.

This would put the haulers at risk for longer periods of time. Smart pilots would provide protection for the swamped hauler. This would promote pvp. The pos owners would already have the advantage of the remaining pos defenses, so it wouldn't be a duck shoot.
