I got a spy who went deep into new order reported back said what they puttin on they ships. chek this out all we gotta do is stop sellin Magnetic Field Stabilizer II for liek 1 month n they will give up cuz thats how they kill ppl.

new order just buy all the stuff they gank with they aint know how to make anything so if we all get togethe n stop selling those they cant kill anyone. so seriously just stop putting those for sale and chill makin stuff they cant use for a month aite?

this will work we just need to do it. i got football after school today but then after i can log in and see whats up and we can make sure ppl arent sellin those any more

Your plan is doomed to fail OP because as a former industrialist who appreciates the great job that CODE are doing, I would just mine on my alts and make that module myself and give it to them. I am sure many others would follow me.

Next idea please?

Doing my part. Just purchased the only three T2 Mag Stabs for sale in Uedama and reprocessed them. That should stop them for a few weeks at least.

If I can be of any further assistance, please mail me.

What I'm curious about is how the psychology of a protection racket works in this game.

From what I understand CODE "sells" mining licenses in high-sec space and then ganks players who don't have a "licence".

This is a classic protection racket. "pay us or we'll do something to you".

In real life the consequences can be serious, but in EVE, there is every reason to simply say "bite me"..... and yet people pay them and people worry about them.

How the heck does that work?

You needed a spy to tell you something that is in the public domain? Damn you're smart.... Roll

Wrong, I know of several industrialists that regularly sell ships and modules to the New Order, or who have ganking alts within the alliance, the competition exploding is good for business. CODE. have their own supply chain, any market shenanigans such as your suggestion will have little or no effect on their operations.

So how are you going to stop people selling to them via contracts?

Very simply, you either avoid them which is fairly easy, just move operations to somewhere where they don't operate, or pay them 10M isk for an annual permit and don't afk, or lose your 25-250M isk ship in an explosion. Moving can be a pain, a permit is cheap, ships not so much.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Troll thread or not, there's so much mis/disinformation in the OP that it has to be countered with some actual hard facts.

And no I'm not super serious about it, I just don't like or tolerate fools, especially shitposting ones.

They ask for 10mil per year?

How the heck do they keep track of all that? The administration alone would cost more. If someone in my corp asked me to set up admin for an operation of this scale then it would cost 100mil a day just to get out of bed for it. And that's not to mention the ship losses from suicide attacks etc etc.

So either their idea of finances is limited to throwing pennies into a wishing well or they have some kind of business model that I can't understand. If it's all about the content then I can follow it from a gaming perspective, but in terms of what makes sense in terms of isk then for 10mil per-year-per-sucker they'd be better off spinning ships.

I admit it, I did it, and laughed out loud. Now I can't seem to stop doing it, and it still remains hilarious.
