**I messed up on the title of this thread. it's only 298 dps, sorry!**

I thought I might do something a little bit different and make a Hardpoint Efficiency Loki in EFT

I saw this build posted on Battleclinic, and used it as inspiration: http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/59660-Loki-He-nuts-He-nuts.html

The basic idea of my build is to utilize the long range webber + target painter to help apply damage with missiles and artillery, while orbiting at around 25km. Drones of whatever flavor you choose can be used in the mix.

After I got my highs/lows figured out, I realized that I needed to use the lows for tank. I did my best with the following build, and now that I'm looking at it, i wonder if CCP needs to come up with something you can put in the lows that buffs both turrets and missile launchers...

[Loki, Hardpoint Efficiency]
Ballistic Control System II
Gyrostabilizer II
Co-Processor II
Medium Armor Repairer II
Armor Explosive Hardener II
Armor Kinetic Hardener II

10MN Afterburner II
Target Painter II
Stasis Webifier II
Medium Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 25

Heavy Missile Launcher II, Mjolnir Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Mjolnir Heavy Missile
Heavy Missile Launcher II, Mjolnir Heavy Missile
720mm Howitzer Artillery II, EMP M
720mm Howitzer Artillery II, EMP M
720mm Howitzer Artillery II, EMP M

Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump II
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II

Loki Defensive - Adaptive Augmenter
Loki Electronics - Immobility Drivers
Loki Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir
Loki Offensive - Hardpoint Efficiency Configuration
Loki Propulsion - Fuel Catalyst

This is my first EFT theory-build and my first submission to this particular subforum.

EFT is listing the DPS at 298, but I don't think that includes drones.. Armor is listed at 4250, but EFT says the "effective" armor points is 18201. Overall total effective hitpoints is listed at 26,431

Mobility is 752m/s with AB on. Capacitor lasts for 4m 22s - so a cap booster has taken a medium slot.

Use turrets or launchers, not both. This allows you to have two gyro's/BCUs, instead of one of each.
Also, why are you using launchers on a Loki....

As for the cap stability. Right click on the cap booster in EFT, and change the charge to faction 400s or 800s. That will increase the cap stability (at the expense of cargo space).

Right click on the weapons and change to faction ammo or T2 ammo.

It's not very common, but HEC Loki's that utilize split weapons aren't all that bad, and are the most dps heavy fittings that I've been able to come up with (grant it, that's still not very much, but go figure). Now, you'd still want to focus most or all of your damage mods to one of the systems and use the other as extra dps, but, split weapons aren't terrible.

300 DPS, say 400 with drones, is not a lot. It will do plenty of lower class DED sites and level 3 missions but not much more. A HAM tengu will put out 800 DPS with more tank. The projectile scoping array is popular because it's a one weapon subsystem with a drone bay for a set of lights.
