According to the Timecode Bazaar Rules:

10. Please note that ETCs traded through the secure Game Time Code trade system lose any special and/or promotional items attached to them. These items will not be reimbursed to either the buyer OR seller by Customer Support.

As such, the sale of a Time Code can never include the promotional items and your thread is therefore considered false advertising.
