How much would a toon with Logi V and can pilot a Basilisk/Scimtar be?

I am looking for an account that has Logi V and that can fly a Basilisk or Scimitar to buy in the future. Around how much would an account like this cost? I was looking around and i was thinking maybe 6-8b? I just want to start saving so i know when i stop.

It highly depends on the amount of focus you want. Generally speaking you'll be looking at approximately a 15-20m sp toon which tend to go for around 7b. If they are fully focused on a Basilisk/Scimi you could add another bil to it. Assume a range of 7-12b to be safe.
