Sharing mining boosts if squadron is full?

I have 10 people in my squad, I can't get any more. I want to share my mining boosts with more people, is it possible?

I read that you need the booster to be set as Wing Commander, but it doesn't work, nobody in my wing receives any boosts. I have wing command level 1 trained and my squad commander has leadership level 1 trained, although the squad commander is not a booster, just a miner.

Can someone please help me with setting it up?

Leadership V is required to pass on boosts from someone with wing commander 1 to a squad of ten folk. Leadership 1 only passes your WC boosts to a squad of 2 if I recall the leadership description correct.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.
