NYC Comic Con Gathering - October 10th, 2014

CCP would like to invite the entire EVE community to an informal player gathering in New York City on Oct 10th. Present will be CCP t0rfifrans, creative director of EVE IP development and CCP Nag, art director of EVE IP development.

The gathering will be taking place at McGarry's Bar & Restaurant, New York City, from 17:00 Eastern Time.

First round at the bar is free! Players from NYC and surrounding area, come join us!

The ticket is more of a formality, so that we know how many are coming, how much beer is needed etc. Just show up, the crowd should be easy to spot. I´ll wear my DEV shirt!

A dev shirt is black, and has the words EVE DEV emblazoned across its back. They are worn by EVE developers, with pride! Often seen at EVE Fanfest and various player gatherings.

I would love to come but i took off the 9th to go to comiccon (i got my ticket late) so ill be at work friday, i doubt ill make it . We Should have an EvE NY though im kinda suprised we dont already

Or maybe I should pay more attension to the fourms ; either way i would help if needed to make this happen

We have been attempting to gain some momentum for a bi-weekly gathering, alternating weekends & weekdays for the commuter crowd.

Hey everyone.

Thank you for a great turnout this evening. CCP Nag and me were thrilled to meet so many excellent people, share a a drink, stories and swag in a friendly environment. you guys are the best.

Oh yeah I won one of those sick zero.zero tshirts in the raffle, but it's an x-large. Being a disgusting manlet I can't really do anything above a small, any chance I might be able to exchange it? Cool
