I'm pretty sure my BR externally cloaked before it left grid with the old system....i may have tested that with multiple accounts on multiple screens. Now the thing is long off grid before it is externally no longer visible.

I timed it alot, between clicking 'cloak' and the ship disappearing from the other account's screen was between 6-7 seconds.

But whatever...i'll avoid using my BR where bubbles might be deployed for now...no sense wasting the extra money if the cloak won't actually help me.
