Both your first and second post (this one) smell like "look at me". Normally I'm ok with that. In your case however it doesnt come with a cool idea, discussiontopic or covert troll attempt.

I request you deliver up on your promise and post something interesting.

First of all, discussing moderation is not the way to go. Secondly, if and when you have a serious and well worded proposal for the betterment of EvE, please feel free to post it in the Features & Ideas Discussion part of the forum.
You can be absolutely sure that part of the forum is visited and read by several CCP Developers on a regular basis. If your ideas hold merit and get some support? They will be read. If your ideas are exceptionally good they probably will even be commented on by the Developers.

Those facts however do not warrant a lecture to all the other EvE players that frequent these forums about responsibility and behaviour, especially when laced with the names of several (great) artists and philosophers and their out of context quotes, for no reason whatsoever other than to make your text more interesting. Or so, at least, it appears to be.
You see someone breaking the forum rules (misbehaving)? Report the post to us. CCL will handle it.
And if your complaint is valid, CCL will handle it with kind and articulated words, backed by oak clubs wound with barbed wire and some TII Large Artillery Cannons for good measure. Just so you know.

That said, this thread gets a lock. Please do not re-open it and heed the advice given above.
