I'm having similar issues.

The Launcher keeps saying that it can't find Tranquility.

Running a Repair seems to patch it up to the correct release and executing "Exefile" in the bin directory starts the game with the old login interface that directs you to the new screens once you are in the game.

So it looks like the game itself works but not all of the front end components are operating as expected.

Having the same launcher issues. patcher stops at 25.1 percent. Repearer errors out. I have replaced the launcher with the one linked in this thread and I have deleted res files and cleared my cache. Error log linked below.
