PVP is the backbone gameplay element of EVE online. What you're asking for is the equivalent of removing all the money from Monopoly. No one is afraid of you succeeding.

I really am conflicted, as I'm not sure what's worse... your stance on this matter, or the fact that many rational folks have taken the time out of their day to bother to try to explain to you just how wrong you are. That's why this never happens. People like this don't WANT what they want, they want a fight, to feel like the oppressed underdog. In games that do what they say they want, they get bored, they have nothing to fight against, no injustice to rail against.

It's not at all unlike my dating experiences in college. Time after time you meet girls and ask them what they like in a dude. You always get "sweet, funny, sensitive". 3 months later she's breaking up with you because "sweet,funny,sensitive" is boring as hell and off she goes with "counter-culture McNoFuture De La SmokeWeedErrDay" guy who is "edgy" and "misunderstood by the world" (so misunderstood that he's going to rebel against the man for the next 18 years but not paying her those authoritarian child support payments he owes here Big smile).

TL:DR, EVE Online is that douchy tat'd up but some how oddly exciting college boyfriend who will knock you up and not ever help you pay for anything....and you'll like it, mainly because you're a whore anyway.
