Sesame seed spread with grape molasses on puffy flatbread (toasted).

With a few cherry tomatoes and coffee (little creme, no sugar) it is perfect for settling one's stomach in the morning.

Dayum, Random, how can you eat that? Just joking, actually that sounds kind of good. Not that different than eggs, bacon, and pancakes with maple syrup, all on the same plate. Umm umm, oh yeah!

My entry: Canned sardines or mackerel, with white rice. Hot peppers and big chunks of raw salt soaked in soy sauce on the side. A Pacific islands staple, oddly really satisfying.

The last time I was recovering from surgery, I was craving protein. Fried eggs and peanut butter on toast was just incredible and was easier on me than hunks of red meat.

I have found a beer lager Budweiser Budvar. It is 7 years past the expiration date. It stayed whole time in a refrigerated place. I drink it now, It was full of CO2 but its now gone, fairly fast. The taste is... like a beer but without CO2. Maybe a little stronger, and darker, it is not sour or anything. It reminds me of the wheat beer, yes, exactly like weizen, maybe somewhat more bitter.

I grew up with it, so it doesn't seem strange to me (or to anyone in the middle east) but Kibbeh Nayyeh is sooo good. Little bit of olive oil, some raw onions... nom nom nom.

A while back I came up with something when I had the munchies (if u know what I mean)... I was craving something sweet but had nothing in the house, and then, as if divinely inspired, I concocted in a bowl a mixture of peanut butter, butter, and maple syrup. Pretty damn good.

Another munchie food my ex wife got me into is peanut butter and cake frosting sandwiches. For the frosting I like either cream cheese or chocolate flavors.

Kind of same thing here once. I was laid out with dengue fever for a couple of days, and toward the end I started craving boiled eggs. Also fast food burritos, with just beans and cheese, no beef. Maybe a similar thing-- the body wants simple, easily digestible proteins when it's recovering.

'Murikens, I think Bagrat is talking about the Austrian beer Budweiser. Apparently it's so good that some king had a highway built directly to the brewery. Drinking a 7-year-old American Anheuser-Busch Budweiser, Bud Light, Natty Light, or Natural Ice might yield different results. Smile

No such things. The containers fail purely out of shame long before they can get that old.

Brace yourself folks, Now I drink this.

CO2 is on normal level, it is still sparkling. The colour and taste remains unchanged, no strange tones or tastes, or even a bad smell. Normal beer. Stayed whole time in refrigerated place, in company fridge, then a day at my desk in a warm place. It have more alcohol than this czech beer I drank earlier, It is conserved with vitamin C, also pasteurized. One strange thing, that was also in Budweiser, are those fuzzy micro bits floating in the beer, looks like a dustQuestion. Maybe the minerals or solid particles coagulated in crystals or something, I dont know. Probably not harmful, as I don't feel anything wrong.

So if you want a postapocalyptic, 10 year old (or maybe even olderShocked), good beer, you know what to look after. Lol

Oh boy, I went grocery shopping today, and man I got some doozies to share! Big smile

OK, I was almost out of mayo, so I bought a new big jar of it. And because I had the new big jar, I ate the last little bit ionthe old jar. Dip knife, lick knife, rinse and repeat.

Worcestershire sauce! Id been out for a few days, so I was happy to have more and took several shots of it as I was putting things away.

Bacon flavored Ritz crackers. 'nuff saidf.

But the winner, the absolute best thing, something I'd never tried before:

Senora Verde Taco Sauce
<3

Next to Mrs. Verde is her dear friend, Texas Pete. She asked Pete to come over because sadly, the store only had Mild Senora Verde. This could not be allowed to stand! Thus, Texas Pete has come along to the party too.

The bottle went from full to what you see via me just eating it strait with a spoon. Best flavor Ive had in a long time, period. Big smile
