server is down again, lost ship on incursion. last time had to wait 8 days, how long this time? and a better question, how long till the reimbursement of ships lost on an unscheduled downtime is 100% automated?

having a 7 day resolution time on the simplest of request is not acceptable, not even on free to play games.
