Well first we live in a wormhole, so he's clearly not the most intelligent criminal. But Zentiu, http://evewho.com/pilot/Zentiu , is a known corp thief having stolen at least $6B in assets from several members of TDSIN.

Also, and this may be worse, he will never ever stop talking about goons. He basically loves them more than life so if you end up recruiting someone who basically is just a goon pretending to want to join your corp, consider this to be your official (super obvious) warning.
