Rifter USB driver issues

I have searched other sites and guides but so far I have found nothing that works.

On my device manager for Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit

it says

SM Bus Controller


It never installs properly and only some usb devices attached to it actually end up working. Is there a special driver I am missing?
