All you have to do is take 1 noobship with 2 points.
Point the logi, to make them have a pvp timer, thus making them go suspect if they have to rep eachother.

It definitely sucks to be that guy. ~60 accounts to fund and no ISKies to do it with.

I thought this ragepopping idea was dumb, but if it drives the Nightmare fleet guy out of business I'm all for it.

ECM burst once on grid, then gank the logis. 1 BB for each logi works too. The rats do most of the work. You could also just bring in a bunch of frigates with 1 burst each. 1 frig bursts and points, once dead the next one bursts, etc. ppl die, loot is had, tears flow.

Rather than expensive tornado's, how effective would a squad of griffins be at causing ship losses? Perhaps blackbirds?

There was a protest around incursions in early 2012 you should look into. It amounted to popping the moms whenever they appeared.

If you CODE. guys think you have been on the end of smack and threats, try being in an incursion-ending fleet. Think of a ganked miner times 10.

That the mothership can just sit there, for days, while the sites are being farmed, is a broken and BS mechanic. Were it up to me (TM) the mom would only persist until downtime and if it's not popped nobody gets the LP payout. Also a lions share of the LP would go to those who actually participated in the mom take-down. Imagine how what that would be like.

Strangely enough, we still see "burn Jita" or some related immergence that draws a big yawn from most of the people who even know about it (and far more don't). I have insisted over the years that if anybody really wanted to burn highsec, just start popping moms.

But that never happens. Reason is simple: nullsec is so blueballed up they can afford highsec incursion alts and the payout of a good incursion running alt competes with nullsec but with far less drama (bubbles, cloakers, etc.). Hence when I see the usual screed of "highsec incursioners have it made with their ISK faucet" I wonder if this is merely the prattling of someone who who does them on a highsec alt and wishes they did not have to. If I found myself running highsec incursions to help pay nullsec rent I'd biomass and go read a book or something.

Aye killing the moms constantly would ensure hilarity ensues. But ganking all their logi at the same time mid incursion site would ensure they lose all their shinies Twisted

Think about it, what's the one thing keeping them alive, their Logi... When that goes down, they flop...

You just need two waves of gank ships:

The first to pop the Logi.
The second to get at least one shot off (or point or target paint) on every ship in the complex so that when they die to the incursion, a player ends up with the killmail...

I don't think the Goons would be up for doing a Mom daily all over New-Eden... this is part of what makes the current communities all "rageumadebro" about having to move when TVP pops one.

Even TVP has some real issues getting it up (pun intended) and putting it to a mom several times a day to keep up "the policy".

But by all means give it a go, it might be interesting to see a Goons Incursions Community. Blink
