Technically, Cambridge is a third world country, but with some silver lining. Everyone knows that Oxford english education is best english education.

Where have I stated that I was personally offended? Fact of the matter is that he was breaking the rules. He got punished because he got caught, which shouldn't be a surprise, given that he had a high visibility profile. No amount of whinging will change that.
