Launcher shows: "Yahoo search: none"

i want to play eve again after a while.
I started the launcher to update and it only shows the Yahoo serach website.
its search line shows "none"
There is no Taskbar or addressline.
the launcher is using google chrome.

Already tried to redownload but same problem: cant login and update.

The issue is this:
SSLError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:499: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

Do you have a proxy server or other device on your computer or network that could interfere with your connection?

Check wether you see what looks like the launcher window when opening this link in your normal web browser:
http://client.eveonline.com/launcherv3/de

Something (e.g. Malware) might redirect web pages (like the launcher's content).
